This asynchronous e-learning course, hosted within Canvas, provides an overview of good data security practices for new and experienced customer care professionals. This three-module course, developed as part of my master's program, comprises two complete modules and a final module that focuses on actual organizational policies and procedures. This course can therefore be tailored to meet the specific needs of any client.
